Gary’s career includes 20+ years’ experience helping clients solve business problems with digital and IT solutions. These clients range from medium-sized companies to some of the most recognizable brands in the world, across several industries. Gary helps advance the awareness of ICC’s brand outside of the Columbus area. He also works to ensure its expanding clients’ digital, data and application development goals are exceeded to meet their business objectives.
Bob has 30+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Over the last 23 years he’s focused on delivering, selling, and managing consulting services. Bob has vast experience in Project Management, Business Process Re-Engineering, and Quality Assurance. His ability to scope, plan, and deliver projects enables him to leverage his experience in all stages of engagement: pre-sales, contract agreement, project delivery, and client satisfaction. Bob has also managed internal consulting operations, such as practices, solution offerings, and individual branches.
Ray Jones is Vice President of Strategy and Market Development at ICC. Prior to this, Jones developed a background in market development, corporate innovation, technology, startups, and venture capital. In 2015, Jones founded a seed-stage venture capital firm, SilverYard, and developed a portfolio of companies totaling ~$150M in valuations and a ~10X and growing return for investors. Prior to founding SilverYard, Jones was a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, a venture capital firm with $4.5B+ in AUM; while at Andreessen Horowitz, he sourced startups totaling ~$1B in valuations as investment opportunities and generated ~$300M in revenue pipeline across a portfolio of ~200 technology companies.
Previous to Andreessen Horowitz, Jones led corporate development for MetricStream, a corporate governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) enterprise software industry leader; and prior to that led investment analysis for JumpStart Inc., an early-stage venture fund focused on high-growth startups with social and economic solutions from emerging U.S. markets. Before that, Jones was an Analyst in the CEO and COO Office of UBS Investment Bank, Consultant for UBS Wealth Management, and had business development and marketing roles for other startups. Jones has a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
Mike brings over 25 years of diverse financial, strategic, and management experience to the ICC executive team. He will use financial and industry metrics to help guide our expansion plans, through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Mike has a passion for developing future leaders, and will apply this while overseeing our outstanding accounting, IT, and human resources teams. Prior to ICC, Mike worked in growing entrepreneurial technology companies in aerospace, telecommunications, and electronics.
Andrew has over ten years of experience with ICC and works in our insurance practice as an account manager. He is dedicated to partnering with ICC’s clients to solve complex business challenges. He understands consulting services and business challenges in the insurance industry and couples the best consultants for the best solutions.
Throughout Matt’s 19-year tenure with ICC, he has followed 3 guiding principles for establishing and building long-term relationships with his clients; Trust, Integrity and Respect. Matt manages many of ICC’s enterprise Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing clients, ensuring that our Analytic, Digital and Technology Integration solutions meet both the business and IT needs. Resulting in increased client and employee retention, enhanced customer experience, and overall business success.
Jeff is responsible for the client satisfaction and growth of our consulting services to ICC’s public sector customers including federal, state, and local governments as well as public utilities. Prior to joining ICC, he has held key sales management positions for Sagent, Cisco Systems, Sun Data and NCR calling on both public sector and commercial accounts. He has more than twenty nine years providing clients with information technology solutions and consulting services. His focus has been to deliver value to both government and private sector customers by harnessing information technology products and services to increase productivity and provide business value. As a sales leader, Jeff is focused on working closely with our public sector clients to improve (add value to) their business by leveraging technology in order to help them solve mission critical business problems.
Of Jim’s 30+ year career in data services, he’s spent the past 17 focused on business analytics and data warehousing — much of it in the banking and financial services space. A veteran lead architect, he’s earned both CBIP and CDMP certifications (among others) and is an instructor for The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI). Jim is also founder and past president of the local chapter of the Data Management Association (DAMA). He is an acclaimed writer, public speaker, and instructor on BI and other contemporary IT issues.
Dave has more than twenty-nine years of experience in the information technology industry. This includes over twenty years of consulting experience servicing federal and state government, as well as private sector customers. He uses his considerable expertise to show ICC clients the best way to leverage technology to improve their performance and create value.
Cory works with our manufacturing clients to solve complex business problems whether it be the manufacturing or sales and marketing sides of the business. Mr. Davis believes in serving ICC’s clients with the trust, knowledge and acumen necessary to provide industry leading solutions. Prior to joining ICC Mr. Davis was a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM in the Strategy & Change, CRM and Business Analytics and Optimization practices.
Matt has over twelve years of experience in the financial services industry building and managing relationships. He leads the insurance practice at ICC helping clients to develop focused initiatives to improve the customer experience by leveraging digital engagement, data analytic, and technology integration. He understands business challenges in the insurance industry and has helped develop solutions to increase retention, lower acquisition costs, and improve pricing ability.
Mark brings extensive and diverse experience in project management, business engineering, enterprise application implementations, performance improvement and more. He bridges banking and technology management to help clients enhance retail, commercial, wealth and other lines of business. In addition to extensive work in financial services, he’s managed efforts in the retail, insurance, manufacturing and healthcare industries.
With deep expertise in the retail and services industries, Leigh works closely with ICC’s data scientists to interpret technical insights and craft recommendations to drive value for our clients’ businesses. She also spends a great deal of time with our clients understanding the nuances of their business, which informs the data-driven insights our team develops. She ensures that our work is understandable, believable, and actionable to our clients. Leigh’s career spans more than 15 years with both major retailers and consulting firms. She has held roles in merchandise planning and finance at Federated Department stores, Express, Limited Too, Justice and Limited Stores. As a consultant at Alliance Data, she worked as a partner to retail clients such as Ann Taylor, LOFT, Pier 1 and Torrid to successfully grow their private label credit card programs. Leigh earned a BA in Finance from Miami University and has completed advanced studies at the Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University.
Rob and his team work with ICC clients and consultants to ensure that top-level service is delivered on every project. Their team focuses on understanding client expectations as well as consultant talents and goals to help establish a positive, collaborative relationship for the best possible outcomes.
Dharmesh is a 20-year veteran of strategically planning and executing complex technology initiatives that support a range of business objectives. Beyond his 12+ tech certifications (including TOGAF, SOA, and cloud computing architecture), he’s known for his clear thinking and communication, and for developing strong working relationships with customers, sponsors and senior management.
Greg brings over eighteen years of experience in the user experience strategy and design field and a diverse background both leading large enterprise–wide user experience teams at Fortune 100 companies as well as experience working within agency/consulting environments for clients such as Marriott, Nextel, Harrah’s and 24 Hour Fitness. Greg will oversee the user experience strategy and design team, activities and deliverables.
Steve has over 20 years of hands-on experience in delivering business value from business intelligence initiatives. He is an expert business intelligence executive with an extensive track record in successfully implementing technology-based solutions, developing BI strategies/roadmaps and building analytical infrastructure.
Rick has recruited IT professionals exclusively since 1997, and now leads ICC’s outstanding team of IT recruiters. Over the years, Rick has gained tremendous insight into the IT talent market, and has become particularly adept at recruiting top talent to our organization.
Don has over twenty-seven years experience in the Information Systems industry He is a results-oriented leader with a broad range of experience in enterprise solutions including; business intelligence, data management, systems integration and software development. He has a passion for delivering high-value insights that drive better decisions to improve performance.
Blane is a successful entrepreneur who joined our executive team in 2013 to help us accelerate our growth into new markets. He plays an instrumental role in strategic planning and direction, mergers and acquisitions and the strengthening of our relationships with key customers, partners, vendors and other stakeholders.
Steven is a visionary leader who has been instrumental in the dynamic growth and success of ICC. Working closely with the executive team to develop strategic plans and effective processes, he emphasizes collaboration, education and recognition for outstanding achievement.
